Low agency women can only submit. They need to be told what to do & supervised.

High agency women cooperate. They only need to know the family mission & resources. They will take the initiative to fulfil their role without management.

Low agency men can also only submit to authority while high agency men are capable of self rule.

I see a lot of low agency men demanding women submit to them but if they dont have the agency to command themselves they lack the agency to lead a woman.

When both are low agency the woman cant be submitting to the man. It’s the blind leading the blind.

Instead they must submit to an external authority such as the church, local community leaders or the family Patriarch when making marital and life decisions.
