Not my people, not my responsibility, not my problem
Not my people, not my responsibility, not my problem.
International and even national politics are traps that waste your time, energy, and soul on problems that are not yours to solve. You have no power at that level, no authority, and no influence. They are not within your scope.
Scope: the opportunity or possibility to do or deal with something.
Do you know what happens when a man applies himself to solving a problem that is within his scope? When he succeeds in solving the problem, he gets a dopimine and testosterone boost. He becomes more of a man.
Do you know what happens when a man applies himself to thinking about and trying to solve problems outside his scope? He fails; his testosterone drops and his cortisol spikes. He dies a little and becomes less of a man. It breeds frustration, hopelessness, depression, and submission.
A focus on politics outside of your control is worse than soy. It mentally castrates you, and that’s the whole reason they push politics so hard on young men today. They want you impotent and depressed. They want you helpless and broken over problems you can’t solve.
Every second and every ounce of energy you spend on things outside your scope directly takes away from things within your ability to address.
Start from the center and work your way out.
Master your emotions. Reprogram your thought patterns. Strengthen your body. Teach yourself to master whatever skills you need. Find your tribe and integrate with them. Build a strong family.
Then, once you have succeeded in your own life, you can begin to be qualified to think about local politics. A focus on your neighborhood or town, mayor, council positions, school board, sheriff’s office, etc. is the right place to put your energy.
Only once will you have captured your town, and it is completely under the control of friendly and aligned forces should you think about state politics.
