Become the Wise King who can See

The mind of western man is structured into three divisions. Most men (and many woman) naturally fit into one of these categories.

• First function as Priest/Judge/Wizard/Shaman live epoch to epoch.
• Second function as Warriors live generation to generation.
• Third function as Producers live season to season.

Additionally, outside our trifunctional system exist two other devisions.

• Thralls as slaves who live day to day.
• Mad men who live moment to moment.

Sadly, most modern people have devolved into thralls without the agency to fulfil their natural role and thus our people grow weak.

At every level of responsibility, agency increases; and each function has a greater vision than the one before it, both into the past and into the future.

The Wise King (or High King, or Priest King) is in a unique position in that he must be king of all functions and thus embody all three jobs and all three levels of vision.

The King, possessing a divine mandate to lead, brings spiritual, legal, and physical unity to his people as the judge of last resort between the functions and within the functions.

The King is the Warrior in Chief, the one responsible for protecting the nation and ensuring the righteous functioning of the Warriors.

The King’s health and righteousness are reflected in the health of the land. If he manages it well, it will be prosperous and productive; otherwise, it will wither and die.

As Kings of our households, we Husbands and Fathers must imitate the pattern of the Wise King, bringing unity and spiritual awareness, judging our family, protecting them, and providing for them so that they prosper.

If you as a man, a husband and a father have let your kingdom deteriorate, now is the time to wake up!

King Theoden in Lord of the Rings was Tolkiens manifestation of the Awakened King.
