As we get older, some of us take on ever-increasing responsibilities.

The taking on of responsibilities, especially for a family and children or to run a business, requires us to mature.

As we mature, we converge with other mature people on a generally shared understanding of reality that is the product of us facing it directly.

Problems arise when we lack specific knowledge or experience emotional blocks that hinder the maturing process. The solution is to get help from someone who has already been there and succeeded.

Perhaps a parent, older friend, a mentor or a coach.
