An entire generation is so digitally overstimulated they can barely function offline.
They cannot hold eye contact. They cannot follow physical instructions. They cannot tell the difference between a feeling and a fact.
The cure is not more screen time with “better content.” It is exile from the machine.
Send them to a farm for rehabilitation. For one to three months. No laptop. No smartphone. Just a dumb phone in the barn kitchen.
Let them shovel, scrub, lift, and fix. Let them speak with older men who expect results. Let them learn from older women who do not indulge weakness.
Add in structured therapy if needed. But the core therapy is deep immersion in real life.
Soil, sweat, silence. That is how you reset a nervous system hijacked by pixels.
