Offer 100,000 young heritage Canadian men expedited American citizenship if they agree to form a US-backed, armed auxiliary Freedom Corps to invade and free Canada from Chinese and cartel control.

Have the Green Berets train them.

They also have to agree to resettle in Canada and take responsibility for a new Canadian political administration.

They could call it Operation: Bay of Smoked Bacon.

Just floating the offer would get the Canadian government cooperating.
