5 Ways to Get Called a Boomer on the Internet:

1. Suggest that someone under 30 demonstrate a shred of maturity and take personal responsibility for their lives.

2. Show them a solution for the thing they are complaining about that requires any effort or will take more than 5 minutes.

3. Suggest that the opposite sex is not as bad as they have been propagandized into believing.

4. Mention that you succeeded despite great hardship that is likely far worse than what they face.

5. Remind them that it’s never been easier in all of human history to survive and reproduce. All their ancestors did more with less.

Only the bottom 10% of young men and women are chronically complaining about the world and their lives. Most young people want to keep growing and find success, but they lack good guidance. Bits and pieces of internet advice are not enough; they need mentoring.

This is why I urge all mature, successful men and women to think deeply about what they have, how they got it, and then reach out to their younger counterparts and provide them guidance.

We are all going to have to live with the next generation(s), so do your best to help them grow into people we want to live with.
