Women love to hurt weak men

Women love to hurt weak men.

They will use them, abuse them and toss them out when they are done.

(This is a proper function of hypergamy, preventing weak men from procreating.)

Men love to help other men rise up.

More strong men on our team makes us stronger.

But we will not tolerate wilful weakness and disrespect for courage, strength and masculinity.

We reject weak men from our social circle.

This is why weak men dont have strong male friends.

Weak men are expendable.

No one cares about the fate of weak men.

They are invisible in society, like ugly women.

They get used for cheap labor or laughs and tossed out.

Never do they get any respect.

But weak men can become strong.

I will show you how below.

Weak men are underdeveloped men.

Immature, lacking in humility to ask help and without the habits that make men stronger.

To become a man of power you must finish growing up.

Come to full adulthood, with all the responsibilities and work that it entails.

Here is how.

  1. Remove weak associates.

Stop being around people that make you weak, that make excuses for you, that treat you like a man-child.

Too much time with women makes a man soft.

Stop tolerating men who are:

�Effiminate/weak �Dishonourable �Foolish �Enslaved to habits

  1. Remove weak habits.

Stop doing things that keep you weak, immature & waste your energy.

“When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me.” - 1 Corinthians 13:11

The world is full of propaganda designed to neuter the male mind, you need to go on a fast from it.

No more:

�Porn (talk to @KingDavidQPS) �Videogames �Mass media (movies, series, commercial music) �Social media scrolling �Passive sports watching �Politics �News

  1. Remove food thats poisoning you.

No more: �sugar �seed oils �food colouring �liver/kidneys �“super foods” �preprepared foods �sups with vitamin A, D �things you can pronounce or that your great, great grandmother would not have recognised.

  1. Join a fraternity of masculine men.

Find other men that are more masculine that you. Men that can teach you something about being a man.

Humbly ask for their help.

Then do the work they assign you.

Treat them with respect.

  1. Get physically stronger.

�Lift weights �Do some cardio (sprinting or HIIT are good) �Learn how to fight �Commit to competition in some physical form

Physical training does more than just make your body stronger, it makes your mind stronger and builds toughness.

  1. Get mentally stronger.

Learn how to:

�think (most dont think, they emote) �have emotional control �be decisive

Practice your mental strength by applying your new skills in your life.

�confront your parents, boss, childhood bully �establish healthy dynamics with your wife and children �negotiate for a raise �start that business you always wanted to try �ask the girl out

  1. Look and act like a man.

�Workout enough to get some shoulders and back �Dont be fat (follow @AJA_Cortes) �Stand up straight, chest out, chin high �Dress like a man (talk to @tannerguzy) �Be reliable & on time �Speak like a man �Shake hands

  1. Get a mentor.

Only a man can make another man.

You need older, wiser, more mature male mentos.

Preferably more than one.

You also need a coach thats 100% on your side, but will still tell you the hard truths when you need to hear them.

You need to go ask for it.

  1. Take on responsibilities.

A mature man has people that need him.

�Volunteer �Mentor younger men �Get a dog and train it for competition �Start a side gig �Join a church lead by a masculine man (@thisisfoster) and volunteer to do whatever menial job they give you

  1. Live intentionally

Reacting to life is weak.

Be proactive, make things happen.

Take on new challenges of your own choosing.

Dont let life get too easy for you.

Look inside yourself, figure out what you want then plan & execute it.
