Instead, she will say it’s because of your height, looks, income, or something else that she perceives as being less painful to hear than “I don’t like you” which to her sounds like saying “you’re a horrid human being”.

If they like you, then none of that matters. There are ugly homeless guys with bad hygiene who have normal girlfriends; you can do it too. Improve your social skills and meet more women.
