What Im doing with the family everyday.
100x squats (body weight or use bands). 100x pushups. 50x chin ups. 50x pull ups. 100x donkey kicks. 10 rounds of 30 seconds planking. 10 rounds of 30 seconds superman. 100x shoulder raises with bands or dumbbell.
10 minutes of HIIT.
Use an interval timer. Divide each exercise into 10 rounds, 30s on, 30s rest.
Work the family into it. They will gas out before the end, so there is room for daily improvement. Go a little father each day.
In two weeks they should be able to do the whole thing.
