We Will Win The Crisis of Our Age

Every age of mankind has its crisis. Our generations face the biggest, most wide spread, most dangerous and destructive criminal conspiracy in history.

I’m going to show you how we win and punish the bad guys.

For a problem to rise to the level of being a crisis, it has to be big enough that all current systems for resolving conflict are exhausted, requiring innovation in the law and institutions to restore order.

The West has a highly evolved legal and social system used to suppress criminal activity. Small-scale organized crime evolved to overwhelm these systems, so we innovated with the creation of institutions like the FBI.

The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) of 1970 provided further innovation, enabling the US government to deal effectively with small-scale organized crime.

And then the criminals evolved again. We now face multiple, wide-spread, organized, white collar criminal rackets disguised as political, social, and religious movements, taking advantage of holes in the law to operate out in the open, brazenly targeting US citizens with no repercussions.

The law has not yet evolved to catch and prosecute them, and until it does, they continue to gain power, capture institutions, bring in enemies from abroad, forment chaos at home, and rob the American people blind.

No election, revolution, insurrection, or civil war can fix this problem unless it also fixes the holes in the law and the broken institutions that enabled the criminal activity to take hold and grow. Any failed action will result in the start of yet another cycle of crime, capture, and destruction worse than what we now face.

Recently, El Salvador faced its own violent criminal problem of unpresidential proportions. It required a strong and courageous leader (@nayibbukele), innovative laws and new institutions, and a supportive public to bring it under control.

We must learn from El Salvador’s success. They faced violent murders and rapists; we face celebrities, HR Karens, entrenched bureaucrats, corrupt spies, and elderly politicians. No matter how big the challenge, we can beat it, and we will win if we show up and do the right thing.

In one week, in Texas, I will be joining the @NatLawInstitute fellows and guests in Fredericksburg to present the solution to the greatest organized criminal conspiracy in the history of humanity.

We will win, the bad guys will lose, and you know how!
