The naturals are charismatic

The naturals are charismatic. Men and women like and trust them. That trust is key.

Most of my older family members were charismatic. It’s a learned trait. They taught me, from the time I was a baby, how to charm people.

They even taught me the foundations of what I later discovered to be hypnotism. I was hypnotising other kids, and I didn’t even know that was what I was doing.

My wife says to me, “Why do people always do what you want them to do?”

“Because I know how to ask them,” I answer.

The main lessons my family imparted to me were:

1. Be curious about people and listen to everything, not just their words. If you pay attention, people will tell you everything.

2. Care about them personally, rather than just what you want from them.

3. Be genuine and authentic. Fakes are anti-charismatic.

The rest was technique.

And never abuse that trust I mentioned at the start or people you have charmed will go from loving you to hating you in an instant.
