Most advice given to young people is a list of things NOT to do

A list of “no’s”

We warn them about all the negatives from bad choices but rarely do I see any positive alternative presented

Every action in a relationship has a cost

To strengthen a relationship we need to take actions that add more value than they cost

Thats an investment into that relationship

Our relationship with our children is no different

Saying “NO” has a cost, but is sometimes needed
