No more excuses
Immature men and women will desperately look for any excuse possible as to why they are unable to find success in relationships, friendships, careers, etc. Everyone and everything else is to blame.
Anything but look at themselves.
They remain stuck at the maturity level of a teenager. Despite being physically mature, they are not adults yet and cannot handle adult responsibilities. Even if they met the perfect man or woman, found the best friend group, or got hired for the perfect job, they lack the adult thinking, emotional regulation, and skills to make it work.
They are not broken; they are simply incomplete.
With the right coaching, it takes most people 6–8 months to rewire their brains for adulthood. Everything becomes easier, people respect them more, and they suddenly get outstanding opportunities that were out of their reach before.
The first book I wrote is a text book that’s only for my clients. It helps you reach full adulthood and maturity through the development of your agency.
Below are the 20 key concepts that are delivered during the course based on the book. This is a simplified overview, but by the end of the course it is expected that my clients will be familiar with each point both internally, as feeling or idea, and externally, as action. That is, they are able to do these things:
- The ability to focus on what you choose.
- The ability to remain calm under stress.
- The ability to discover for yourself the order, education, and wisdom through which to navigate your life.
- The ability to create simplicity in your environment.
- The ability to manage your nutrition, exercise, and a restriction of vices.
- The ability to remove distractions and time-wasters from your personal sphere.
- The discovery and use of emotion as the seat of personal motivation.
- The ability to develop self-discipline as needed to meet increasingly difficult situations.
- The ability to love yourself (esteem) and the development of a healthy ego.
- Self-knowledge of your emotions and how to process them.
- The discovery of your virtues.
- The ability to promote a state of inner positivity.
- The ability to use affirmations to promote a positive mental state and change your mental models and systems of processing.
- The ability to make your affirmations come true (manifest into reality through the right actions).
- The ability to strengthen your mind and achieve mindfulness through meditation, spatial/environmental awareness, and asceticism.
- An alignment of your mental programming with reality and your needs.
- The ability to identify bad programs and the ability to heal from them.
- Affirmations are used as goal-setters and reminders.
- Ability to forgive and protect yourself in all ways.
- Make a pact (oath) for your future.
