Lying to women about what is possible is cruel and evil.

To afford a $6k monthly rent, an NYC household likely needs around $240k annually, placing them roughly in the top 5% of earners.

Men make up 75% of the top 5% earners.

Almost no women can or will every be able to afford to live the way she is promising.
