�️📣 Mental blocks can be removed
It’s harder for most people to remove a mental block than a physical one.
Why?
Because a physical block to your success obeys the laws of reality, it can be removed with reason and logic. Smash it with a sledge hammer, walk around it, blow it up, dissolve it with acid, or pay someone to get rid of it—whatever works.
Meanwhile, a mental block is illogical, irrational, and resistant to everything we understand and know to be real. It was put there with our minds and can only be removed with our minds. And our minds are not fully rational.
But how?
Just as you have many options for removing a physical block, you also have options for removing a mental block. If you have never done this before, you should get help. Once you have experience doing it, you can probably do it without help.
To remove a mental block, you first must accept that for irrational problems, you must employ irrational solutions.
The block is in your unconscious mind. Thats where you have to go to remove it. Mindfulness and meditation can help us merge the conscious and unconscious minds. Not just any meditation will do; it needs to be heroic, focused, and mindful. Hypnosis can also help you to bridge the gap.
The unconscious mind will communicate with the conscious mind using the five senses. If you are open to it, the block will appear as if it were a real physical object, person, or animal. Often, a simple narrative will go along with that visualisation. This is the story you tell yourself about why you can’t. Spend some time marinating in that sad story of failure and “stuckness”.
It’s painful, isn’t it? You don’t like it. You want to experience something different.
Now! Change the story.
Write your own story of overcoming the block.
You can defeat the block, be saved from it, watch it shrink, or become something silly. Whatever story works for you.
Tell this story to yourself whenever you are blocked.
