Men dont worry about anything. Worrying is feminine behaviour.

Aesthetics are important, they can elevate the spirt or crush the soul. Even God presents the heavens as beautiful.

Temples, churches & mosques are aesthetically pleasing because it brings us closer to the divine.

How we choose to look sends a message

A man who takes care of his appearance, fitness, health, clothing, behaviour, etc. is demonstrating that he is sound in mind, cares about himself & is capable of caring for others.

A dadbod says he is a loser with a loser mindset.
