Life is tough. Either you let it make you strong, or you crumble.

But what happens if you do break? How do you recover?

You will need help. You’re not going to get better on your own. This means having the humility to ask for help. And following the help given.

You require a holistic approach to recovery:

  • Health (diet, supplements, sleep, exercise, sun).
  • Stress management (take on less and get better at processing it).
  • Modify your habits (the way you approach life and recurring situations).
  • Social cleanup (get toxic people out of your life).
  • Mindset upgrade (how you look at life, what you expect).
  • Financial simplification (cut all unnecessary expenses).
  • Physical space beautification (get rid of your junk; make your life beautiful).

You also need to be reasonable about recovery times. If you broke because of a lifetime of tough living and stress, you will not get better in a few months; it might take years, depending on how strict you are with recovery.

The most common pattern I see is that people implement positive changes just long enough to feel better, but not long enough to make permanent changes. They end up backsliding and breaking down again in a few months, usually in a much worse way.

The fastest way to recover after a breakdown of health or mind is to hire an expert to mentor you through the process. A qualified mentor will have the experience to walk you through the process as simply, quickly, and painlessly as possible.

If you need help recovering from a break down, are ready to do the work and are financially stable then DM me. I can help you get better quickly.
