In a group masculine men will usually build a consensus on who the leader is, they must then trust and follow his plan, holding him accountable for losses and rewarding him for the wins by extending even more loyalty.

A virtuous cycle of progress based on lessons learned.

A group of women on the other hand will take the less pragmatic approach of building consensus on the path to take.

This committee approach leads to “safe” but mediocre performance. Since no one takes personal responsibility for the group there is no lessons learned cycle.

The masculine group strategy is optimised for dealing with chaos: big opportunities and big threats.

The feminine group strategy is optimised for dealing with stable domestic maintenance under the protection of a patriarchy.

Mixed groups will take a feminine strategy.

Because mixed groups take a feminine strategy and most work today is done in mixed groups we have seen a massive feminisation of work and companies.

Effiminate companies pursue their mediocre goals or worse, undermining goals that conflict with the masculine conquering of chaos.

Ford vs Ferrari was a movie about two groups of men competing for honor using companies as a proxy. Add a few women into the mix and they would have been forced to get along and follow the HR safety rules.

Safe yes, but no fun, no progress and certainly no adventure.

Modern companies offer NOTHING for masculine men.

No risk and reward. No adventure. No autonomy. No honor.

More and more masculine men are starting side gigs, building their own companies and leaving the corporate world.

It is the only way to pursue the masculine strategy.
