In 2019, the @NatLawInstitute was operating in risk management mode. Trying to make sure a bad situation didn’t become a very bad situation. IYKYK

In 2024, we are in opportunity capture mode. The last 4.5 years have offered more new opportunities than we could possibly capitalize on.

You are not a wizard, but we are.

If you think the West is lost, that’s because you can’t see a path forward through the chaos. But the future is constantly in flux; nothing is decided. This fifth-generation war is far from over. The good guys are just waking up, while the bad guys are running out of steam and tricks (magic).

We cannot underestimate our opponents. Given time, they will adapt. We need to seize these opportunities now while we can.
