If you knew how bad things have gotten you wouldn’t buy a home built after 2005. I’ve seen how bad they are, stuff that would never pass when I was running a construction company is now normal and expected.

We no longer have highly skilled craftsmen building beautiful first world homes. We now have unskilled, low IQ, low conscientiousness third world laborers building dangerous, leaky, third world garbage huts that from a distance look ok.

Many of the houses built over the last 20 years are going to end up torn down and rebuilt. You can fix bad “bones”.
