I often use voice-to-text when talking to AI, sometimes rambling for 15 minutes straight before asking it to extract the key points and show me if they’re the ones I want to focus on. Honestly, I almost feel bad for it—having to listen to me go in circles while I dig out the deepest wisdom from the corners of my mind. But that process—exploring a topic from two, three, or even four different angles—is what brings out the most interesting ideas.

I love doing this in conversation with friends, but those insights usually disappear into the ether. With AI, though, I can capture, refine, and share those moments of clarity. This has helped me produce more content than ever—not by forcing myself to write, but simply by preserving and shaping the natural conversations I have with my wife, kids, friends, and colleagues. Now, those everyday discussions can become brilliant posts worth sharing.
