How can older, successful men lead?

• Buy a place outside of an urban environment.
• Alternatively, consider renting an inexpensive, isolated warehouse.
• Build a bunk house (10 to 100 beds).
• Set up the kitchen, dining hall, offices, weight training, boxing rings, rec room, etc.
• Keep it rough but clean.
• Recruit a few men to be officers.
• All the men join and then remain in a fraternity.
• Train them to lead the rest.
• Fill the beds.
• Focus on younger men with lots of potential.
• Keep “rent” as cheap as possible.
• The men do all the work to maintain the space, cook, clean, etc.
• Assist them in securing online jobs, trade jobs, or any other occupation that suits them best.
• Train them to work together on projects, both offline and online.
• Organize regular social events for them.
• Create levels of achievement and hierarchy.
• Build new customs, rites, and cermonies.
• Send them on missions to represent your group in the community and beyond.
• Congratulations, Mr. Warlord! Now you have a private army.
• Cycle men in and out as they mature and start families.
• Help them find wives and settle locally.
• Keep track of them and keep adding value by helping them network.
• Have all the men back at least twice per year for a big event.
• Congratulations, Mr. King! Now, you have a kingdom.
