Happiness is for women and children

Happiness is for women and children.

Happiness is a sedating condition for men. It’s ok to visit, but it’s not an ideal place for a man to remain. We visit happiness when we are with our women and children.

This is why men need to spend most of their time in the world of men so as to avoid becoming overly sedated. As long as we have work to do, we need motivation and alertness.

Men thrive on uncomfortable emotions. Discomfort motivates us to get things done. To act to ameliorate that discomfort. Very few men can remain active and motivated when they are fully comfortable.

But this information seems to conflict with the facts about which men succeed in marriages. How can we rectify this?

Many of the traits that are required for success in the world of men come from discomfort. You can use your strength, courage, mastery, aggression, assertiveness, disagreeability, consciousness, ambition, anger, and even neuroticism to gain advantages in competition with other men.

These traits form a pattern of behavior that creates powerful working relationships with other men but does not work when dealing with women and children. We see this all the time with otherwise highly successful men who can’t keep a marriage going.

Women and children need gentle leadership, fun, warmth, chill vibes, drama, excitement, peace, and, most of all, security and stability.

The man who is successful in both worlds is the one with strong emotional regulation. He can switch modes from the aggressive masculine world to the domestic world as needed.

Such a man masters the masculine and feminine social “magic.”.

He knows how to gain the loyalty of men and the devotion of women and children. He is the master of both domains.

The good news is that we can train emotional regulation, and I will show you how. DM me or book a free 30-minute call if you found this post interesting and want to know more.
