A key element of 5th generation warfare is that we will all stop trusting official sources.

Don’t trust, and there is no way to confirm.

This means we need to build closer ties with local sources and get our information firsthand. is right about doing local area studies. Build local, first-hand information networks.

At first, this sounds terrible. We can’t trust the news. (We never could, but now we know.)

The long-term result is that we will stop caring about other people’s problems happening far away from us.

Then we can start focusing on problems close to home, our problems.

Which is what we should have been doing all along.
