2) They lacked federation
- They lacked federation.
Centralised leadership is a big liability. It can be corrupted, coopted, tricked or killed.
Hundreds of decentralised cells sharing a common plan is more robust.
Federated into packs of 5 to 9 men operate effectively with high trust and strong OPSEC.
Solutions: Opportunity will present again
A) Men need to build Agency (the ability to function independently of command structures, high control of personal mental, emotional, spiritual and physical assets).
B) Men need to form small, local packs and train in effective methods.
C) They need a set of demands to rally around. See Propertarianism and @curtdoolittle
D) They need a set of generally agreed upon methods. See Ukrainian revolution (2014).
Just 4 changes needed. (A) is by far the hardest. (B) is a natural outgrowth of (A), (C) and (D) are easy.
