You won’t find your future husband or wife in your living room or basement.

Get out of the house and start doing interesting things with interesting people. In your local area right now, there are events and activities that you can participate in that will help you meet the kind of person you want to marry. If there isn’t, then you can start one.

Example: One of my clients and good friends joined a “watch the sun rise and do a cold dip” group that his friend started. Think about who would show up for that kind of thing. (Hint: Attractive people.)

He met a beautiful woman there, and they are dating on their way to marriage. That could be you if you were getting out more.
