There is no reason to raise fat children!

There is no reason to raise fat children!

You can feed a kid as much food as they want if you make sure it’s all healthy for them.

They should be working up a sweat at least once a day doing fun but hard things like running, biking, playing tag, climbing trees, swimming, etc. Playing with YOU the parent at least part of that time is going to keep both of you healthy.

Ideally they should also be involved in at least one sport that teaches them discipline, sharpens their proprioception, builds cardio and muscle, and teaches them to control their emotions under stress. Martial arts are idea for this.

If your child is fat, it’s your fault and only you can fix it.

If you child is too skinny, only you can fix it.

Fix it.
