Children that are high in agreeableness are very pleasant and easy to parent when young but you will worry about them when they get older.

Agreeable people tend to get the bad end of every relationship and every deal they come across.

Teach your sons and daughters how to:

�Say “no!” and mean it. �Express their needs. �Advocate for their interests. �Have productive conflicts. �Recognise when they are agreeing just to avoid conflict. �Stand up to unjust authority. �Get righteously angry. �Chanel anger into productive action. �Fight and win.

There is nothing wrong with being an agreeable person, but there is a time and a place for showing it. Being agreeable when faced with evil or even opposing interests will lead to self destruction.

Protect your children by teaching them when and how to be disagreeable.
