Sometimes people just get stuck

Sometimes people just get stuck. Not always for emotional or psychological reasons, sometimes it’s physiological. A stress response locks them in a loop. And when you’re in that loop, you can’t get out on your own. No amount of self-help will do it. You need someone outside the loop, someone who can see clearly, to lend a hand or show the way. When you’re stuck, the options you need are invisible. If you could see them, you wouldn’t be stuck.

But there is a way out. Always. No matter what the problem is, there’s a way forward. If you can’t see it, it’s probably because the loop has you. And you need help to break it.
