Aesthetics matter more than most are willing to admit

Being attractive is a social skill

Looks matter, but so does:

Posture (confidant & approachable) Smile Movements (smooth & confidant) Eyes (relaxed & engaged) Voice (clear & happy) Words (show interest in others)

All of these things can be learned and trained
