If a person is prone to psychosis or delusion of any kind, then using a tool like AI will mirror and amplify that delusion.

In many ways, money functions the same way. So do drugs, at times. Certain cults operate on this principle as well, especially for the cult leader.

The solution, whether to avoid cults, stay off drugs, or prevent AI-induced psychosis, is to have real friends around you who are disagreeable enough to tell you when you are acting crazy.

That is going to be almost exclusively men, because women tend to do the same thing AI does: mirror you and amplify you.
