My youngest boys will be 20 when I turn 60 and I will continue to be jacked, tanned, running, lifting and boxing with them.
And at 80 I will be enjoying rough housing with my teenaged grandsons.
Maybe I’ll slow down when I’m 100, but I doubt it.
