My brother died and all we got back was a broken version of him, blind and paralysed.

My mother ended up blind for a few weeks, but they managed to save her eyesight.

Then myself and my other brother got sick. Fortunately we were strong enough to fight it off, but it was close.

Death is always present, sometimes close, sometimes far away.

You can not out run it forever.

Eventually death gets us all.

There is nothing wrong with being scared of that reality.

Anxiety about death is natural, even healthy.

What you can do is be stronger than your fear.

A man who has his life squared away, who has nothing to be ashamed of and who has a good reason for living is not weakened by fear of the unknown.

Embrace with a ready heart whats coming, death, chaos, the panic, all of it. There is nothing else that you can do.

Live now.

Think less about whats coming and more about living in such a way that you are ready to face anything at anytime.

Get rid of what is weighting your heart down with guilt or regret. Purge yourself of it all. Become clean.

Do what must be done.

Live well before you die.

Remember in the end the only way to beat death is to create new life. Cheat the grim reaper and plant your seeds.

When faced with death, embrace the creation of life.

For life is the only antidote to death and sons are the only immortality a man can have.

Hail to new life!
