My boys eat mostly meat, apples (2 or 3 daily) and bananas (and a tiny bit of cheese). They refuse rice, potatoes or pasta.
(They will also eat homemade oven baked thick fries.)
Result is that they are lean, have a thick bone structure and heavily muscled. Solid lads.
