Misery is a preexisting condition
Misery is a preexisting condition.
When two miserable single people meet and marry, they produce a miserable married couple. Maybe they get divorced, or maybe they live in the misery they have cultivated.
When two immature people get married, they produce an immature couple with childish tendencies and retarded problem-solving skills.
When two dishonest people get married, they produce a dishonest couple that lies, cheats, and steals from each other.
The combined quality of the people getting married determines the quality of the marriage.
“But what about when one person is great and the other is a mess?”
Don’t marry miserable, immature, dishonest people.
If you can’t identify which men and women are like that, don’t date until you find a social circle and mentors that will vet your potential spouse for you.
