If you were forming a small community with 7 non-related families what would be your expectations for prospective members?

How would you qualify people?

I tend to use this simple but powerful question:

Would I be delighted to have my children marrying their children? (Do I want them in my gene pool?)

7 families is 35 to 50 children. The chance that one of my sons would marry one of their daughters is very high.
