Before we can fall for someone else’s tricks, we must first fool ourselves.

This is both scary and empowering. It means that we can protect ourselves and become immune to manipulation if we know how.

And all we need is a system of self-examination that allows us to find and remove our internal inconsistencies, self-told lies, limiting beliefs, and personal manipulations.
