This seems to be related to genetics and Big 5

Its a self correcting problem with the pro children women having more daughters who are also more likely to want kids

(I still see the population declining)

So far as the makeup of the remaining people goes, most of the worlds population relies on the charity of the few productive people.

Just stop feeding them for a few months and its another self correcting problem.

(And we cant keep feeding them as our numbers decline)
