My sons hide their pain very well, too well in fact which makes it hard to figure out if they have been seriously hurt or not

They can have a big injury, I will poke it to test where the pain is and they just smile or laugh, not a helpful diagnostic

The only times they show they are in pain is:

• right at the time of falling they may cry a bit
• when they are alone I can see them wincing
• when they are so badly hurt they cant do something

Littlest one fell today, hurt so bad he cant walk, can barely crawl, still smiling
