My 14 month old son is crawling across the floor holding a 1kg dumbell in his hand. Thump, thump, thump.

Previously they were playing with the 2kg dumbells, using them as supports, rolling them away from their body and pulling them back.

They love playing with heavy stuff.

They ended up holding the weights one in each hand and doing over head presses for the first time. This was in imitation to what Levi and I had been doing.

Really proud of them.
