I hear my 5 year old son counting “1..2..3..4..5..” and so on. I look over and he’s counting himself doing 20 pushups to the rhythm of a kids song playing in the background.
Form was off, but energy was through the roof.
Now he’s doing sit ups.
I’ve also caught him doing yoga on his own.
And hundreds of jump squats.
