Every day, I make sure to give each child about 10 to 15 minutes of 1-to-1 attention. This is in addition to the attention they get as a group.

I hold them tight, hug them, kiss them, and tell them that I love them and that it’s my pleasure and privilege to be their father. I let them know that I am happy to have them as sons and that taking care of them is a joy.

Fathers, your children need your affection. Be generous with it.
