Advice for adults who work or volunteer with children: As the group leader (and an adult) it is immoral to allow some children to impose costs onto other children. Each member must have respect for his peers and for the group mission. No excuses. Firm boundaries.

Childhood is the time to learn about the consequences of our actions. We adults must allow the consequences to happen or we are stunting their growth, which is cruel. If they have to learn these lessons as adults it could be lethal.
